    It's been almost 2 years since I bought mine from Sparks Toyota...$664.92 (L)+ $661.00 (R) and the Dave Easa harness $85, total $1410.92

    I'm totally happy with my after-purchase-price upgrade. (I cried once...lol!)

    I still have the OEM LED/Halogen headlights in the boxes the OEM LEDs came in.

    Got my wiring harness from Dave today. Now all I need is the lights.
    I figured the dealer was slammed with orders, so now a 4 week wait.

    Sorta budget build.....Ordered two pre-owned/used OEM LED Headlights off of Ebay....right side had one with two broken brackets/tabs, and left one with one repaired. snagged a @daveeasa harness and 3D printed brackets from @Firn to fix the broken tabs and add to my '21 TRD OR. Waiting on one headlight, then will glue on the 3D tab replacements. Will upload once the process is complete, total cost so far is under $500. Saw someone do something similar on here, so hoping I have as good of a result.

    Has anybody heard from the the dealer on parts that was ordered? I thought a dealer got parts within a couple of days from the distribution center. It has been a few weeks since I ordered the LED lights.

    I'm just going to post since I'm tired of reading about stuff I know nothing about... put an end to my misery. I've been searching for headlight upgrade for my 2023 TRD Pro but what I've gathered over a few threads on this forum is that its simply not worth it for what's out there. Is my limited technical reading comprehension right? Can I upgrade the foglight bulb to something super bright and leave the headlights stock? TIA

    The oem led headlights are absolutely worth the price. The Chinese knock off led headlights aren't. Putting led bulbs in halogen housings isn't recommended. Poor output and blinding for other drivers.

    If you just want to upgrade the fogs I'd suggest diode dynamics ss3 pro or ss3 max fogs if you need them to melt snow/ice. Otherwise, the sports are very bright too. I prefer selective yellow as it cuts through fog, dust, snow, ect better than white imo, but some prefer the white versions.

    I was on the fence a while back about spending the money, but ultimately bought the oem led headlights and ss3 max fogs at the same time. It was 100% worth the cost. Eventuality added ss3 pro ditch lights a while back. Very happy with those too.

    huh? Aside from a few folks that live in the frozen tundra that needs their headlights to defrost 10 months of the year, I haven’t heard anyone say “OE LED headlights aren’t worth it”, now if you’re talking Chinesium aftermarket headlights or replacement LED bulbs in the existing projector housings?,,, yeah not worth it

    You already have the best headlights. There are only downgrade options for your truck.
    Fog lights, taillight bulbs (I like the VLED kit) and mirrors (turns and / or puddles) all have good upgrade options.

    That the oem headlights that come with the truck are the best that you can buy over morimoto/alpharex/spyder or any bulb replacement. I almost pulled the trigger on a few options based on what I was reading but after finding this thread I was just confirming that this is in fact true. So I won't be wasting my money on them and just upgrading maybe the fog lights and a few other things.

    Your factory fogs are LED also. Do you have your truck yet, it sounds like you are pre-delivery shopping?
    I have factory LED headlights and fogs, and they just need to be left alone. I do like white fogs. They make low-speed night driving on the farm easier, I can see bushes, stakes, young trees better on the front camera and thru the windshield.

    Just got the email my lights were finally shipped. Now I need to get a set of sequential turn signals to match the lights. I see Tacoma Lifestyle has a sale going on now. Has anybody purchased these signals from Tacoma Lifestyle?

    Get the high flying versions from Amazon for $45 or whatever they cost. Several dozen members including myself are running them. FWIW, Tacoma Lifestyle has/had terrible customer service in the past. I wouldn't give them a nickel.

    Appreciate the info. Checking out the high flying version. They are half the price of the Tacoma Lifestyle. Just need to decide on Blacked out or smoked version. I have the Meso version now and they look smoked. The blacked out version does not seem as bright.

    They are not the V5. They are the first set he came out with. Smoked and brighter than OEM.
