If anyone can figure this out, your a God!

I have an 08 tacoma base model (5-lug) and want to do a custom body lift with 1.5 to 2 inch blocks. iv seen one guy on here do it but he just bought spare parts off of TW. iv looked at the "roger brown" website and they dont have a kit listed for my year model truck. If ANYONE can figure this out that would be awesome! or make a kit for it i would pay the money...

I actually think lifted 5 luggers look really, really good due to their lack of the plastic fender flares.
But I wouldn't do a body lift. Yeah they are cheap but I think it would be in your best interest to save up and do it right by getting a suspension lift. In the long run I think you would like it better.

 

i think you can get a 3" kit and cut the lift spacers in half. i have seen that somehwere, also there is someone who make custom body lift 1,2,3 inches, but again i dont know who

I'm already getting the fat bobs lift but I just want a little more to fit bigger tires. And as it being dangerous I know plenty of people that have it and do slight off roading and never have had a problem. Just need somewhere to find the parts.

Body lifts are terrible. Gotta cut this n extend that n weld stuff in. Then ya gotta worry bout mounts breakin or bendin. Get a prerunner n be done

 

You could always have Avid off road make you a custom drop bracket.

I like your build alot McJosh it looks BA but im just looking for more room under the wheel well.

 

Can you install a Spindle Lift on a 5 Lugger? Then also a rear leaf pack from All Pro?​

 

No the only resonably affordable lifts are the ready lift or the fat bobs which I already have, both are only 2.75"
