I siliconed and sealed around the vent hose, going to see if that indeed was where my .010" pinhole is escaping

My 90 day smog timer has started so as soon as I can get rid of this annoying intermittent p0456 code I can do that and get tuned

Installed a RIPP Superchargers catch can tonight! It is made to bolt up near the radiator, but running the lines along the firewall of my FJ made more sense! On my other supercharged cars, I had both valve covers routed to the catch can (and even vented for my high boost), but I’ll see how this goes on the PCV side only!

Magnuson Supercharger Sticker to argue it’s the supercharger oil ;)

Buying used is always a little sketchy… but that looks more complete than the used TRD that I bought. Has all the main parts from what I remember on install.
    Price is a bit high.

Trd branded tax as well. If it was a plain maggy it would probably be a little bit cheaper. Most important thing is that the injectors are included so Id say it's a good deal, just needs a rebuild.

I’ll counter with a question. Is it worth it to you for the asking price plus $1500 if you need a rebuild, replacement parts, new coolant pump, random stuff?

What about plus $2k? (I’m just throwing four numbers, but this is thinking about if the rotors are bad and would need replaced). You have no idea what condition it is in unless disassembled.

Pretty high imo. For reference, i got my kit new from a guy that never installed it or even opened the boxes for $5000 and he paid shipping. I paid the paypal fees, so about $5200 shipped. Not bad for what they cost now.

At what temperature should I start worrying about coolant getting too hot? I have only gotten to 190 when I'm really getting on it

I've went as high as 212 under severe heat and duty conditions. You're good.
