Yea worst case scenario we can wrap a strap around your axle. If you can find a used hitch on here for a good price it wouldn't be a bad idea

i know theres always the axle option but the thought of being yanked out by my axle kind of scares me to tell the truth. i think im going to get this....

    http://www.autoanything.com/towing/73A3874A0A0A3256967.aspx

comes with a free locking hitch pin and shipping

Sounds like a good deal to me. I was looking at hitches a while back and everyone I came across was made by Curt and they had the best prices. If I'm not mistaken, the best price I found was the high 140's.

yea it seems like a good deal, i was wrong about the 10% off since its already on sale. but for $148, free shipping and free hitch pin i think its a good price. reviews all sounded good. seems like it tucks up nice under the bumper and is well made

awesome! thanks, it looks like a couple people got to it before me, but i inquired about it and if its still available im going to buy it.

i just feel like its a much better idea to be pulled out by the hitch rather than the axle. but then again maybe i dont even need this because tacomas dont get stuck right

Definitely agree about getting pulled out by the hitch. Then you're getting pulled by the frame itself. I've seen axles get pulled out from under trucks doing it the other way.

Whats up fellow NJ tacoma owners?

I see a couple of you on here are running wheel spacers...I saw that they're actually illegal in NJ.

Any of you have trouble passing inspection with them?

There is no mechanical inspection in NJ just emissions so is it still a problem ?

Damn I don't remember seeing the previous ones. I'll have to go back through the posts. I was wondering when we'd see some pics.

Edit: Ok, I'm getting old (turning 30 in September). I did see the original pic and even commented on it!
