Anybody take delivery of the 2024 Tacoma yet ?

Here's my sticker that shows the max payload as 1200lbs

 

I took deleivery of my TRD OR Premium yesterday evening. Only have ~30 miles on it, hope to put another 75 by Monday or Tuesday.

I thought I saw something that said the GVWR was around 6,200lbs for the TRD Off Road - so that means the weight of the truck is around 5,000lbs which is pretty heavy for the non hybrid model?

My current 2015 Trail 4Runner is only 4,750 for comparison

I think manual transmissions give an owner a better driving experience with this V6 as opposed to the Automatic.

I’m genuinely super curious what’s your driving style if you need 5K RPMs to “get power”. Help a brother out

 

I simply won’t drive anything else. I love rowing gears in any vehicle.

I did drive 2 2019 AT tacos in city and HWY and they performed like any normal AT vehicle that I’ve driven.
