I know someone out there has had this unfortunate experience. My 2021 Tacoma has apparently become a comfy spot for rodents. Luckily no wiring damage. The little bastards are coming in the air intake filter box. I wanted to fabricate a wire screen to keep them from gaining access to the filter box. Any ideas? They are undeterred by peppermint oil btw. Snap traps on the wheel wells got a couple. You kill two and you know there are twenty!

Thanks in advance! Glad to be part of the Taco family!

You could get a piece of window screen at a glass shop or any home supply place. Attach with zip ties. May not be pretty but it's probably not a show truck. At least it would be easy and inexpensive.

A bar of Irish Spring soap placed somewhere in the engine compartment could possible work. It did when I had my motorhome.
