Not sure what the deal is... got to the point today where I just unplugged it and it's now sitting in my cup holder. Kinda seems like there might be some conflict with my garmin mini dash cam as my app for that doesn't work well when using it either. I dunno...

Installed seat jackers on drivers side. After reading about them here, thought I'd give them a try.

Turns out they work great for me! When I'm not driving the Tacoma, I drive my son's Corolla and our Z. The Tacoma feels like I'm perched slightly forward for some reason. But the seat jackers helped to fix that feeling and I feel better even after a short trip. I'm 5'8", if that matters.

 

Where is that "physically burn memory cell" machine? Why must you do that?

Just had my 5,000 initial Toyota service done and told the to go ahead and do the oil/filter change as well.

Changed the shift knob to the Tinkerer shift knob… is that technically a “knob job”?
