I did not need to trim my fenders. And my bumper trim is less than that required for most aftermarket bumpers. Lift height is also not really a factor.

I would want a legit shop to regear. A place in Annapolis is well respected and they are about $1500 in labor. Im on the fence.

Mt 33 AT's are going to be done soon and I'm going to switch to MT's but stay with 33's.

I'm looking at the 255/85R16, anyone have experience with Geolander MT tires? Are they any good?

    what are those?
So I cut the cab mount further and got another alignment the alignment using the lca's completely solved my rubbing issue i probably didnt even need to cut it further...alignment does play a factor here

    Isn't there a tire size between 33" and 35"?

yes. depending on aspect ratio a 295 or 305 size can be a 34.

I just bought Toyo AT3 35 12.5 17 and 17x9 -12 offset Black Rhinos, Im going to install the C4 Relocation kit with fender liners. Is the Bilstein 6112 5160 2" lift enough to fit the 35's?

if you cant fit the tires thoughout the entire range of travel then you aren't actually "fitting" them.

I’ve fit 34’s on a truck with zero lift. Cab mount chop and a fair amount of trimming, beat the pinch weld and proper wheel alignment. 35’s you will need a cab mount relocate, you will need to trim fenders, but you can fit em without lift.

Sweet thanks guys. Just wanted some opinions. I plan on getting the 6112 5160 set up with 650lb springs and a Deaver stage 1 Leaf pack. Along with a JBA UCA or another UCA. And Dirt King Fabrication Spindle Gussets. Can't wait to put the 35's on

can be done with a cab mount chop just fine. easily if your wheel offset is minimal or 0. gotta be super agressive tho. i had to cut up flush to the little mounting bolts itself. had to redo as i under estimated just how much play the rubber lca bushings have the first time and it rubbed while reversing in 4x4.

Careful with JBA, I rubbed on the gusset where the ball joint is with 33’s.

I had -39 with 9” wide wheel on 35’s and rubbed that gusset. But every truck will be different.

i have -53 offset and 10 wides. alignment max forward. and your right theyre all a littke different. i seen in the jdfab posts some lca mounts are off 3/8" at times. i do remember reading a few times throughout this thread that its slightly easier to clear them on the 3rd gens too. that being said the body mount is cut beyond the body itself at this point so it would no longer be the issue anyways
