i know im running 700 lbs on mine, you might want to ask Engage because they have a special way they build their king shocks as in upper mount and rod ends:

EDIT: and their 4wd setup is waay diff than their 2wd set up...pm in2nite or engage offroad

^X2 or just call King to order. They should know what they do to the Engage specific shocks. Or just call Down South Motorsports. Tell Sonny or Marco that you need engage specific shocks and they will call King for you and get it all hooked up. I would not order through a webcite without talking to either King, DSM, or Engage first

Matt I had some other questions about your rear suspension. Is your cage welded or bolted to the frame? And what did you do to your driveline when you went LT? I always read that 2wd's have to get a slip joint in the rear like 4wd but mine has a slip joint in the rear already so??

cage is welded to the frame. us 1st gens have it easy and dont have to do anything to the driveshaft when doing the basic spring under LT set up. i did put on a carrier bearing drop bracket to correct the drive line angle and get rid of the vibes.

i got it from beefed taco, he's got a vendor section here on TW. great product and great price

Brian made me one of those too. And a BPV adjuster as well. Both great products. He has made a lot of stuff from sliders to bumpers for me, good guy good work.

Anyways This came in yesterday, anybody have suggestions on somebody in SD that may have time to mount it up for me?

Ok so its just the 2nd gen 2wds that dont have the slip joint. I have seen that drop bracket from and I like the idea of the BPV too. That would be easier than moving the stock one I think

It for sure makes things cleaner and its not like its expensive. Works great, happy I got it.

Wow that is a very simple and easy way to do it. So you adjust it to pull the stock "lever" up and down. Thats pretty smart
