AS far as the chix parm goes; my wife loves it. I like veal better. My wife could eat chicken every day- I'm a beef and pork guy.

I cooked under an executive chef in highschool and 1st year of college. learned alot.so i cook alot and it relaxes me. chix parm is a go to. im incharge of the cooking for the women’s banquet at church every year. last year served 75 people chix parm, side of pasta, steamed brocilli. and a salad. THE SECRET to any chix breast dish is to bread it and let it sit 10 minutes. fry a minute or two on each side to crisp breading. then finish in 350* oven 20 minutes. you wont even need a knife its so tender n juicy:thumbsup:IMG_4818.jpg

    Good morning everyone.

    Dwaynes dish looked incredible!

    :fingerscrossed:

Has anyone ever ordered anything from Aliexpress? I have zero experience with them, but there's a piece of hardware that's a total oddball size that I can't find anywhere else.

Good morning everybody, have a great Thursday!

We’re above freezing already this morning after an overnight low of 18. Sunshine and a high of 45 should help get this mess dried up on the roads. They are hoping to have the interstate open today.

Lisa, yep the old Mobile Civic Center roof collapsed from the snow load. They were in the process of demolishing it for a new arena so they are actually happy about it lol.

I’m babysitting today, the girls aren’t a fan of the snow, they say it’s too cold lol.

I have some pictures up in my thread if you’re interested.
