Total Chaos mid-travel front. JD Fab SUA rear.
Tires possibly rub the shock body depending on tire size/wheel offset.

Spacers are typically required if you run any sort of bigger tire to prevent contact with the shock during flex. The shocks protrude out more than stock after the relocation. Archive can help you with spacer width recommendations if you let them know your offset and tire size. Don’t forget to also get some longer rear brake lines.

Is it a big deal if they rub a little? Also do you know torque spec?

Ahh got it! Is it a big deal if they rub a little? Also, do you know torque spec for the mounting bolts to the bed?

Your tires inner sidewall will rub on the shock body when your rear end flexes.. the added articulation requires more space to flex!

Here's a great resource for all your torque needs!

Thank you but this doesn't include the shock relocation kit torque spec. If my tire rubs a little, will it cause any damage aside from paint rubbing off the shock?

What fasteners specifically are you curious about?
It's hard to say how much damage you may cause. Best to test clearance with the truck on stands. Remove the extra leafs from your leaf pack and use a temporary spacer to simulate the thickness of the pack you will be running. This allows you to flex the rear end easily and measure the spacers/bump stops/ limit straps in a as close to real world scenario as possible

Your specific shock will likely be packaged with the recommended torque spec

I'm talking about the bracket itself that mounts to the bed

I'm sure Eric at archive garage can help you with that. I haven't received my kit yet so I'm not familiar with what instructions are enclosed. Send him a pm

2.5" Fox relocation * Hammer hanger * Archive MD springs
Go with about 80 lbft on all the relocation bolts

285s on 3.5" backspacing wheels can fit no spacers

    Thanks!
I'm running 285 on 4.5" backspacing. How limited is the travel? Do I need to throw my spacers back on or will it only rub at full flex?

Need 1.25" spacer to clear at full articulation.
Need min 2" between sidewall and shock
You can drive around without a spacer.

@ARCHIVE please, help with verification. I installed the hangers, bump stops and relocation towers. Now the lower shock mount tacked in place and I'm not sure about the angle. According to the instructions it should be around 0 degree. But from what base? I measured the angle based on diff and the mount is located way up. How I tacked it? I lifted one side of the axle without shocks all way to the top when the leafs are not bending, the whole truck is lifting. Next: measured the distance between strike plate and the bump stop. In my case the bump stop didn't even touch the plate, it's 1.5 inch plus 2 inches of the bump stop travel. So, I added 0.5 inch mentioned in the instructions to this 3.5 inches and set the shock with lower mount point so that I have 4 inches of shock travel from metal to metal. Please, verify and let me know what I can provide in addition to that information before I can weld it in place. Thank you.

Measure mount to mount and phase the lower mount so it only compresses the shock where it still has 1/2" of compression remaining. It looks like your shackle is binding way before your bump stop is coming into play, is that normal?

Just a quick safety reminder. Keep an eye on your jack stands and make sure you're not going to flip your truck when flexing out the back end.

You need to have about 4" of shock shaft for that 3.5". It's OK if the axle tab is rotated up

Its fine to leave pack together and use a tape measure like you're doing, just make sure shock cannot bottom out
