I-75 and I-85 were originally supposed to only cross, with and interchange. When building the roadways initially, to save time or money or something, they were joined. It was supposed to last a couple of months, IIRC. However, one thing lead to another, and it never got fixed - or built to original design, and we are left with the CF of today.

The biggest issue with Nashville traffic is having 3 interstates all connected in and around Nashville...

I moved to Knoxville just to avoid Chattanooga traffic. I can't stand driving in that city. I'm 2hrs from my hometown instead of 30mins but it's worth it.

Can anyone recommend a good Nashville area Toyota dealer to buy parts? I was looking to buy a case of oil filters and the shipping charges are kind of crazy.

I haven't found the local dealers to offer very reasonable prices on anything I've needed. I usually check locally to see what their prices are, but so far only if I need that item immediately has it been worth buying from them. I usually ordered parts from https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/ There parts seem to come from dealers who's pricing policies are more reasonable.

Just noticed my front tires have half the tread of the backs and 1 is worse than other. Didn't feel like alignment was off by much. :notsure: It very slightly drifts right, not bad though. Oh well. I want bigger tires anyway. Lol.

What you mean rotate tires? Tires rotate on their own when I drive.

Checked my notes, it's been about 16k since last rotated. Wear was pretty even when I did brakes not so long ago. I hit a hole going out to fishing spot that tweaked alignment a little maybe a month ago and I suspect one of those nasty sinkhole potholes on I40/240 here recently may have kicked alignment out even more than I had realized. Like i said, it's had a slight pull anyway and i just havent had time to deal with it yet.

I might just swap front tires left/right so they even out the wear between them until I can align it. Lol.

I wouldn’t leave it as is unless tires are planned in the immediate future. I’d swap L-R at a minimum this weekend.

Swapped L-R front tires. Easy 5 minute job done in driveway between rain showers.

Odd thing now, it no longer pulls right at all. Tracks perfectly straight with hands off steering wheel.
Pressures are same, nothing obviously loose, no vibrations. Seems all normal now.

That is called a tire pull... I would still have the alignment checked, you could have a camber/caster pull and the tire made it worse, then you rotated, and now the tire pull is going against the camber/caster pull and cancelled the other one out... Also have them check the tires for belt shift...

If/when you have this done, please post the alignment sheet specs...
