A dirty tacoma with a nice stance, dented sliders and pinstripes may get a nod from me

Too many rigs around with the usual RTT, SCS wheels and polarized sunglasses.

Anybody with a MOUNTAINS PLEASE bumper sticker can fuck right off

The property owner where I regularly camp can be regularly seen in a Grenadier 1924, with a string trimmer strapped to the spare tire. I asked him about the truck. He said, "oh this is just my runabout for doing chores on the ranch."

When you see crap like that, it makes you curse your own mother for being born in the wrong family.

    That's a flex

you get a pass. You Hagrid-looking types usually aren't trying to model for REI haha

I will say though your camping setup is way more dialed than mine

I'm currently trying to figure this out to start my own business, so I hope that some of our other small business owners will chime in.....
But there is apparently some ways to write off an SUV as a "work truck" instead of a Luxury Vehicle. But it has to weigh over like 5,500lbs or something. Anything under you depreciate the mileage. Anything over you get to depreciate the value of the vehicle too. Hard to find an SUV that weighs over that so things like Suburbans, Grenadiers, Land Rovers, and other heavy SUV's make the cut and become more practical.

He probably keeps the string trimmer stuck on it so that he can show the IRS it's a "work truck." Makes the Ineos way much more affordable.

When I turned 16 in Texas I got a "Hardship License." Not sure if they do that any more? License was only valid if I was going to or coming from work. So I formed a DBA as a landscaper and tossed a gallon of gas and a string trimmer in the back of my truck in case I was ever pulled over. Never got pulled over - probably because I was a great driver with years of experience already and was one of those freaky kids that could pass for 21 at 15.

I'm not sure what the appeal of the Ineos is. This is what I see when I see a Grenadier.

Goddamn talk about keeping the receipts

If I see something modified I might just give a thumbs up simply to acknowledge "nice vehicle"

    That's all. I don't care about reciprocity.

I don’t have a wave, but I will notice another 3rd gen. Then scowl in disappointment at their raptor lights….
