Anybody ever buy these?

I have been looking for a set of side steps for my truck, has anybody ever purchased these from e-bay?

imho i think nerf bars are ugly. if you actually went off-roading those would be crushed fairly easy.

But for 130 and if you wheel and just need them as a step then go for it.

Just trying to protect from door dings.

those will be good for a step and a step only

 

had the toyota side step bars on my last tacoma and all they really did was get my pants dirty.

 

For the money I would buy a set of these.

^ I like how it says carbon steel in one line, and stainless steel in another.

 

Mine came with the factory step rails and they actually work pretty good to prevent door dings. Most car doors wont hit above the rails. Not fullproof of corse but does help. Rear car doors with the rear tire curve will miss it and of course trucks and suvs will hit above them. Still makes me feel a little better though.
