I have an 08 automatic access cab. Any suggestions where the best mounting place would be for my CB? Interior looks kinda like this:

And any suggestions on the best, cleanest way to run the coaxial cable to my tool box?

With a radio that small you have a lot of options. I've got mine mounted between the seat and center console. I like the fact that it is right there and I dont have to reach for it. I have a front firing speaker, so this setup works great for me.

I think I have settled on doing it similar to yours, but I am going to put mine more towards the front of the truck. Maybe adjacent to the cup holders. How did you run your coaxial?

I just ran my coax under the rear floor mat, through the split in the rear seat and out the slider window. If you don't already have one, you should think about an external speaker.

I have a PA under the hood. Is there any other way you know of to run it through without going through the window? ha Like straight through the body then through the bed?

I'm not talking a PA speaker. I mean an external speaker because if you mount yours where I mounted mine you're not going to be able to hear it. As far as the running the coax, there is a grommet I believe somewhere near the rear of the cab. Maybe someone else could chime in as to where exactly it is.
