I simply shoot some WD-40 between the leafs on mine whenever they start talking smack. Not a permanent fix but it serves the purpose.

Toyota makes leaf silencers but they probably cost a lot the DIY is pretty cheap and easy

    You don't want to know...
Take a big flat head screwdriver.

Slightly pry the leaf apart where the "silencer" things are at the ends.

Spray thoroughly with motorcycle chain lube.

It didn't take me 24 hours to make my new TSB leaf packs squeak... But the chain lube seems to hold up pretty well, until I wheel again... Then they have to be sprayed again.

..I have a list of many things.
When I had my 2nd Gen, I took apart my leaf packs, pressure washed all of the leafs bottom and top and then reapplied lithium grease and reinstalled the pack onto my truck.

The problem with that much effort, is it will only last until the suspension is flexed and more dirt/water gets in between the leaf packs... Then it squeaks again.

Actually I didnt have alot of squeaks after that. Maybe my 5th time going out trailing with many weeks of on-road driving, is where it started to squeak again.

    It was an experiment...
