ive got 5100's @1.75 and a 1.5" aal and no vibes... when do you get the vibes, and see if it goes away if you switch to 4x4.

some have an issue with a bad bearing on the axle.. and u don't hear it until it gets lifted (puts an angle on the axle) if it goes away when u go into 4x4 thats your issue.

If your vib is only up to 60kmh then i dont think that is you issue. Maybe try double checking that you have everything tight? if everything checks out its probably just your alignment

there are several threads on this...... I am having the same issue at 2.5 and with an 1.5 aal check out toytec for some axle shims and a driveshaft carrier bearing drop these might help and make sure your u joints are torqued to 75# i believe :D

You might be on to something, it does seem to go away in 4x4, but I need to do a more thorough check.

    What... it's a Tacoma
    "Winner... Dah"
    I have the same setup.
Billys @1.75" stock springs and Wheelers 3 leaf progressive AAL, with Light Racing UCA's, and 265-75-16 Falkin Wild Peaks,
    This is an awesome setup,
ZERO vibrations, Alignment is spot on, No rub with stock rims (32" tires), wheels off-road great, rolls the freeway without wondering, 30K miles a year on truck.
I would like to move the front suspension to 2.5 " but it's runs so great now I wouldn't want to screw it up.

Pinion angle? Had this on my 05 double cab. You may need shims to offset the lift
