Oooohhhhhhh!!! I think I get it. And yes, I had sprayed everything with PB Blaster to get everything out, and they were still wet when I put them back on..... Maybe I should re-torque them now that they're dry... thanks, man! I have :facepalm:myself!

    Canada Eh!
I finished installing some Bushwacker Cut out flares! Bit of a PITA to install. Time consuming mainly. You can also see the JBA exhaust tip peaking out in one of the pics. I installed their Cat back system a few days ago.

Now its time to cut up some big rig mud flaps and install them!

Thanks man I didn really know if I was going to like them but they turned out awesome! The sliders are weld on and there ELITE off road.

Thanks yeah they cover just as much tire as I wanted them to. I stick out just about 1 1/2" past the flair.

It actually wasnt that bad. About 5 hours. I was doing it in my driveway as well lol. Pulling the front tires would have made it easier.

Yeah, it is retarded design. You have seen the replacement options, right? Some guys have made bronze bushings using stock from hardware stores. Eventually, I will be doing this.

hey dude id get a new bushing for that soon.. i ran mine for a long as time without the bushing cause i was lazy and well i was driving one day and my pedal stuck to the floor.. so wtf right? pull the pedal off and the spring had ground away over a 1/4 slot into the cradle of the bushing and offset the geometry so much that the pedal didnt function...

i ended up welding it and grinding it down and replaced the bushing. ill eventually make a bronze one.. later.
