I installed a 2way radio and antenna today. As simple as placing it in the space in front of the two cup holders, running the wires under the steering column. Using a fuse splitter and grounding the black wire close by. Cutting a small hole in the rubber gromet in the firewall for the antenna. Screwing the antenna mount to the side of the engine bay. I used adhesive Velcro to secure the radio. I can post pics tomorrow if anyone wants.

I did this GPS RAM mount mod on my lower driver side several weeks ago. I liked it so much that I installed another RAM mount point on the upper passenger side for my Drift 170HD stealth camera. To power the camera I ran a USB cord from under the dash, up the pillar, under the corner of the headliner and out from under the sun visor.

This mount point allows the camera to point into the cabin, out the windshield, out the side window or even extend out the window. I can add another double-ball and medium arm for more reach. I ordered a few more mount points for the bajarack and several other points on the outside of the truck. :)

It wasn't bad at all. 5 wires. I wish I had taps to install them in there it would have been a lot faster. All I had was butt connecters. So I will be sodering them in later. I don't drive the truck much anymore since I have a company truck. But I will let you know how it runs today.

First test drive with the URD MAF calibrator. It works great. I just feels like there's more power there. I might look into headers and exhaust in the future. But I always dreamed about building my own turbo system.
