    I am behind you all the way except for paying mouthpieces.
    I have no vibes except for the steering rag joint.
    I created vibes on my first 2009 prerunner with the lift changing driveline angles so I cannot blame Toyota for that. My 2010 4X4 has none even with the lift?

    There are countless, desperate others (and documentation) who bought new trucks, such as myself, who have repeatedly taken their new trucks in to have the driveline issues resolved, only to be turned away or have had band aids placed on this gushing mess.
    Toyota needs to fix the damn truck and issue the fix to all affected owners.
    Period.
    I'm more than willing to devote my time to dealing with lawyers than with these dealers.

    Optimistically, if this goes to plan, after five years of bitter courtroom battles, half the money will go to the lawyers, and everyone in the class action gets $300 off their next Toyota vehicle... which is less than the cash incentives Toyota runs routinely.

    Machines vibrate sometimes people. I seriously doubt these "vibes" are much more than normal operation and some people just whine more than others.

    I had a U joint go bad @ 120,000 miles on my 05. $150 or so to have it replaced. I figured just part of normal wear & tear.

    Wow guys I'm really surprised to see what I'm reading here.
    United we have something I am willing to peruse and contribute to. Divided we have nothing.
    Downplaying the issue is disappointing. Clearly many people are not ok with this problem. You shouldn't be.
    Also, it is my experience in my line of work that sometimes a lawsuit doesn't necessarily need to go to fruition to get results or settlement.

    I had the propeller shafts greased last month, a year after purchase. Truck smelled horrible for a couple of days. :)

    What problem?

    My truck has vibrations under 5mph...because I put mud terrain tires on it. It used to have carrier-bearing takeoff shudder...because I lifted it (that was resolved with shims, and, now, a one-piece driveshaft). It has squeaky leaf springs sometimes...because I wheel it a lot and dust gets in there. The bed creaks when I flex the frame over offroad obstacles...because I unbolted it from the bed to install extra d-rings. There's a ping in the transfer case sometimes when I shift to reverse because...no idea really. There's a hole in the roof...because I cut one in there to route my CB antenna. It's missing sheet metal off the bedsides...cut off to allow a high clearance bumper. The bottom of the front bumper is all dented and scratched...from landing on rocks.

    It's a truck. If you're worried about a little driveline vibe, sell it and buy a BMW.
