Yeah I think so. Are there any spots that are starting to peel?

One small spot from when I was pulling the tape, but other than that, no. I went through about 1 3/4 cans painting all of this:
    Rear bumper
    Front bumper
    Grille
    Grille emblem
    Chrome trim on running lights
    door handles

I'm gonna go buy a couple more cans and touch up the bumpers and grille and probably paint my mirrors...

That's probably what my problem is, you can see the chrome behind it if you look closely. And i thought I was overdoing it the whole time during the process haha my problem though is I hate waiting for each each coat to dry, so what I did is what until it was dry to the touch and do another layer

Also you can see that the passenger side handle came out smooth, while the driver side cam out rough. So always make sure you shake the can for a looong time cause I apparently I didn't lol

Ahhhh okay I see. What you want to do is put the first coat on really thick until you cant really see the chrome anymore. Be careful to not let it drip though! I have one drip.... Once the first coat dries (about half an hour) you can go pretty light. Spray enough to where you can clearly see where it's wet and where it isn't. Over all it took me about two hours to finish it. I was hanging out with friends going inside to let it dry so it's not like I was checking the time every two minutes haha. Just take your time :D

Was it hard taking out the grill and door handles?? I really want to do the same thing you've done

Yeah I did both bumpers and grille in two hours  so there's my problem! I think I'll do some touch up and the mirrors Saturday and see how it goes. Plus I was painting the grille and emblem on the ground, so it was hard to see all the angles I had missed.

As for the grille, open up the hood and you may see a bolt where the corner light and grille maybe connected, remove those. If you don't have those then move onto this, there are 2 screws on each running light. Unscrew those and remove the bulb to take them off.
Use a flat head screw driver to push down all the tabs on the grille that are attached to the radiator mount. After that just kind of maneuver the grille to remove it.

For the handles I just taped everything off really good and started spraying! :D

I am waiting for my Decepticon Emblem to arrive (bolt on) so in the meantime i plasti-dipped my toyota emblem and epoxied the cheap plastic decpeticon emblem i got for 4 dollars to the toyota emblem....I did it twice to see what what would happpen....when i peeled the decepticon emblem off the toyota emblem the plasti dip came with it ! epoxy did not get through to the toyota emblem it looked factory new...I have had it on my truck for a month now...i jsut wanted to ride around with it on to see how i would like it i finally ordered the bolt on decepticon emblem but as for the epoxy sticking to the plasti dip it is perfect bond and nothing has chipped or peeled in a month and I had some sick crazy storms down here the past couple weeks!:D

I had someone pic up a thing of plast dip in hopes that I could black out some emblems But they ended up the paint on kind instead of the spray on kind. Will this still work?

I didn't feel like sifting through all the pages in here, does anyone have a step by step, maybe with some pics of plasti dipping their rims? is it as easy as tape off and spray? also i was thinking of adding some red ontop of the plasti-dip. . any thoughts?

I have no experience with Plasti-dip but I would imagine paint on would work but would be much harder to apply evenly.

If you have the badges off the truck, Krylon Fusion works very well on plastic and is much easier to tape off.
