The temperature gauge on my 2007 Tacoma; located above the sun glass hold stop working. I call Toyota basically they told me I have to pay to have it replaced. Has anyone had this problem? I only have 23,000 miles on my truck. Does anyone know where I can buy or have it repair without have to take it to Toyota dealer, who wants a ridiculous price to repair it?

Got mine fixed under warranty. Is it covered under warranty?

This site is awesome. I wanted to post my thanks. In a matter of 5 days, my fan blower went out on the first 3 levels and the digital temp display on my 07 Tacoma. I fixed both tonight in 15 minutes! The fan blower was exactly what everyone said, the connector was burnt, but only needed readjusted. If it goes out again, I'll use the bulb grease, then replace connector the next time. As for the digital display, the 510 chip was completely broken off. Soldered back on (soldering kit at Walmart for 9$), works perfectly now. Pumped up!
