Ha. Teenagers would kill themselves in this car. I just thoroughly scare myself at times. :D

As Jeremy Clarkson would say, do you take off the hair jell before you get in the truck?

Where I'm from, you're just as likely to find a dude rockin some hair gel in a Tacoma as you are in an STi. But Tacomas are 10 times more common since I live in a college town.

Regardless of their reputation, it is a sweet car.

Apparently I screwed up with the torque wrench in the past, because this happened when torquing the tranny drain plug today. Only had it set to 20 ft. lbs.

Anyone know someone with a spare r150f transmission housing?

Haha yea, its been awhile since I was that pissed. Just going to fill it with JB Weld until I get my ahold of another housing. Figure I'll pick up one used, cheap, then get a tranny rebuild kit from Marlin and put my internals in the new to me housing. Way to expensive to get a brand new, complete transmission.

You are a little TOO much by-the-book if you torque your tranny drain plug. Snug with a wrench has worked flawlessly for me in the past. That sucks man. Sorry.

Well, there is snug and then there is farm snug. haha. I'm used to routinely torquing stuff on the tractors to at least 200 ft. lbs. no problem. It tends to be a bad thing if I go just by feel when working on the taco.

JB Weld ftw! I've seen guys patch all sorts of stuff with it on the trail haha. Its right up there with zip ties and duct tape. haha

You forget he has done the Flinstone mod VVV
I'm guessing it runs on farm power

Unfortunately that's the only way I get mods done. If that ad's up to snuff, that's about $500 less than what I paid.
