I know this thread is getting derailed but that's okay...

LED's are pretty awesome, many of the after market LED modules sold today are indeed waterproof.

I installed some on my truck as axillary side markers / turn signals. One of my best mods ever. People GTFO when it's time to do lane changes.

^I know exactly what you mean. They look like shit. Real eyesore.

Plus I like that I can just change one bulb, versus fiddling with a tiny LED.

No question about it. Changing a ubiquitous bulb vs a proprietary LED panel has significant advantages. ;) Every so often I do worry about such things.

You can request a new, shorter pedal be installed as opposed to cutting the old. I did.

I guess the look of the LED tails is all personal preference. I myself prefer the LED tails as opposed to the older style with the pink turning and back up light sections. Yes, you can change individual bulbs but the LEDs last a lot longer than your typical bulb so I am sure you will have swapped out a good number of bulbs before I start to even think about worrying about my led bulbs going out. Just my .02.

^Had my truck since Feb 08. Only ever changed the one front inside turning light.

I'd keep me up at night personally. Sometimes I have this nightmare that I have LEDs and I have to change out a burnt one.

Those days I'm glad my caregivers still put me in pullups.

No problem with my engine mounts, I wish I had VSC I hate skidding sometimes upon light acceleration on wet roads. I wanted the LED lights, I think they're pretty cool. My stereo sounds just fine and it's a Non-JBL system.

I don't have any problems with my truck, and I don't see a need to get this gas pedal cutting stuff done, or the transmission TSB.
