    A new engine is a lot cheaper than any other option :p

    I have all the gory details in another thread, I don't want to threadjack this one (http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/166605-seized-1gr-fe-need-advice-finding-replacement.html). I'll update that one when I get things back together.

    To make a long story short, my wife had never, ever driven my truck before and I went to the dealer with the car to pick up a couple of new filters. While I was out, she went to the store to pick up what she asked me to pick up for her while I was out ... she didn't know I was working on it and I didn't think to tell her.

    So, lots of nuts and bolts to spin now. I'm learning a lot more about my truck than I expected too ... :D
