    I am in the market of buying a winch, and i would like to know what all of you guys thought would be the best winch to buy. Now, without all of you hating on me about having a two wheel drive, I was planning on converting my prerunner to a four wheel drive, but i have an extended warranty. Changing anything like that would void my warranty, which is still good for another 2 years. I thought adding a winch would be the next best thing. So your help is greatly appreciated.

    I've read places where you just take some caulking and seal it up. I'll do that just to be safe.

    I agree with the people who said smittybuilt. Best bang for your buck. I've seen them in person and they worked great, I cant justify spending 500-800 more dollars on warn when the smittybuilt does fine. Ill be getting the xrc8comp when i decide to purchase a winch.
