door sill protectors, cut out the tacoma so it shows through mag gray



within the last week put in the weathertech's from cabela's and have the rear weathertech in the mail right now from cabela's

 

but its the second gens of the first gens

 

In the last week.

Switched suspension from:
Billstein 5100 on stock coils @ 2.5"
Billstein 5100 rears with TSB leaf pack

Sway away Coilovers
Sway away extended travel rear shocks
All Pro Leaf Pack
Ubolt flip Kit
extended break lines


Hopefully in the next week to two weeks - new wheels and tires!

 

Changed the Cabin Air Filter
Changed the Air Filter
Secured the Tailgate with a worm clamp
Changed the Front Differential Fluid and made a how to thread on it:

Today, I washed it and put on my in channel EGR vent visors. They are awesome!! I also got me a $10 wireless outdoor temp gauge since I don't have that option. Put the temp receiver in my cubby hole underneath the A/C controls.

 

I will freeze them first before I install them. I will take pics. Them install my 5100s at 2.5Cause I go big or I go home.

 

Got my color matched grille in from oemparts123 yesterday and put it on today. Pics!



Looks a little bright cuz the sun was shining directly onto the front of the truck but you get the idea.

 

Winch install... Custom hitch receiver mounting plate so i can put it on the front or back in just min. ran out of day light, wiring it up tomorrow.

 

Well since I have a fold-a-cover that opens at the front as well as the back, and since the tacoma bed has a natural 1/2 inch lip on the sidewall.

I made a tool caddy-gadget box-whatever storage shelf

How much of a PITA was that - getting the elevator to work - getting the little jack to work - getting the lug wrench to work. I dread the day.

 

Desqueaked my blower motor again in preparation for the 11 hour drive across the California Desert tomorrow. Heading to the dealer later to demand a 3rd one.

 

Washed the Tacoma and removed the bed mat for a cleaning of the entire bed. It really needed it after all the hauling this summer.

 

Dropped the "skid plate" and removed about 7 pounds of dirt from it



Changed the gear oil in the transfer case

Changed the coolant

 

Washed the outside, vacuumed the F*** out of the inside. went to the beach last weekend, had sand everywhere.
