I'm looking for a solid 4 or 5 inch lift for a 2nd generation tacoma. I would prefer that it be a full suspension lift, not a spacer or anything. I've been looking all over for a way to lift 4 or 5 inches..i don't know if they make a full lift kit thats a 4 or 5 inch, or if i have to get a few different things in order to make it work, I'm fairly new to this kind of stuff

There no inexpensive way to get over 3" of lift except for a body lift in combo with suspension.

Probably a little less than that but your safe at 1300. Your BL will be a special order from Roger Brown unless you want to make your own. I have no idea why you want a 5 inch lift but since this is your first post you may not have read through this site all that much. I suggest you spend a little time reading on here and other sites before taking the plunge into what you think you want right now. You may change your mind after you educate yourself a bit. It will save you time money and heartache down the road. At least make sure what you think you want is really what you want.

well i want something a little more then a 3 inch lift which from what i see is a pretty standard lift for a tacoma, and the 6 inch too much cause I'm only doing 33s, and I saw this guy, http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-builds/66059-solus694s-build.html , has a 4-5 inch lift but i don't how he's done it

    Its in his post

    Suspension
RCD 4"-5" drop bracket lift kit
    - TRD Off-Road coils
    - Bilstein extended length shocks (front and rear)
    - 4" Block (ugh)
    TSB Leaf pack
    Light Racing Upper Control Arms

    Well over $1300.00

Save your money and keep saving while you research. By the time you have spent as much time as you should reading (6 months +) you may have enough saved and have changed your mind on what you want. Just a suggestion. Don't be in a rush to get a lift on you will end up piecing together a frakenstein and wont be happy with it.

If you read down below the pictures he tells you what lift is on his truck.
