    So... it's official. At the completion of this summer, I will have played ZERO rounds of golf. I am not impressed. Right as I got some time cleared up, I went and blew out my shoulder. It is finally coming around, but so is bowling season (which is my primary sport now). It pisses me off, but I have figured that I need to back off on the golf until I get out of school. I was crunching numbers and realized how expensive it really is. I love the game though, have been following tournaments all year. I will be back next summer for sure.

    To save money on golf. Use golfnow.com for tee times or check with local courses when the best deals are. I've used both all summer & saved a ton of cash.

    I've played every week since April. & bowled every week since feburary. I'm skipping bowling this fall & playing golf & fishing. I will pick up bowling again in the winter.

    Im going to school to be a golf course superintendent right now... graduate in about two years!! Ive just recently started playing religiously with an older set of clubs my dad gave me. Ill buy a new set once I graduate and start making money lol. My golf game is nothing to brag about but I improve every time I go play a round so I'm not complaining. I worked as an intern at the Cliffs at Keowee Springs this summer in upstate South Carolina....really nice course! It was nice having all the free rounds of golf I could play this summer!

    Got two 9's in and so far i'm loving it. It is the lightest driver TM has ever produced, I feel like I can control it compared to my heavy R9. I felt like I was dragging the driver behind because I couldn't muscle it around. None of that with the Burner. Paid $299 + tax here in Canada. Thinking about getting the 3 wood as well.

    I say get out and swing some...my problem with the r9 was the instant I put it down at address I could never feel comfortable. Just try them in store is your best bet, you've swung clubs, go with the one that feels right

    I got to play TPC Sawgrass Stadium course yesterday! It was a great time. The only down side was the night before we played they had a record 6" of rain fall over night and the course was flooded. In the morning #17 green was under water and by the time we got to play it the walkway to the green was underwater so they would only let us hit some of the practice balls onto the green. I hit 2 balls and got them both on the green :woot: Pics are coming.
