    THANK YOU!!!:D
cape codder did a write up on how to relocate your horns and temp sensor if you have it
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...atoshi-grill-horn-relocation-w-lots-pics.html

The Upper mesh is a bit more tuff
    -cut the center bars out
-place the mesh in the shell and mark around each tab and the hole in the center
-cut as much out as you want the more you cut the less extra plastic you will see
    - use the stainless hardware provided

see how much is trimed out
    a14d25c4-1-1_9f18e3cda1d58dcf4b0ceef0f4028b9caaaeccfb.jpg

the lower is about the same
    -put it in place
-get a right angle pick, scribe the mounting holes thru the hex mesh
-i used the same pick to poke thru the plastic for pilot holes the plastic is soft
-you can see the top holes from inside the bumper looking down drill them out
-then from the outside you can flex the lower hole locations up and drill them out from the outside

    hope this helps a bit

He actually has a mock up that he's selling for $150. I'm pretty sure I'm going to jump on it and get the production of this grill rolling. Taking one for the team lol.

Ok, I posted this under lighting and meant to post it here:

    Ok,

I got both the grills installed last night and the light bar. Have to raise lights to complete the job and I also had to relocate the horns which for some reason no longer work!!!!!!! For those of you that have not done this mod yet I would recommend a dremmel for the cutting out of the grill. At first I could not find mine so I was resorting to other methods (not going to say way to save face), but it did not go well...........................until I found my dremmel.

Ok, I have one very minor complaint. What freakin size are you supposed to use for the hex wrench. I swear I have tried everyone I owned. My smallest one is just a little two small and the the next size up is to big.

Other than that they are great I will be posting some pictures tomorrow after the Hella Black Magics get installed behind the grill.
