What do I have to do to keep the two power ports under the dash energized all the time without having to keep the key in the ignition?

There are many times that I want to charge my phone or keep a cup of coffee hot, while I'm not in the truck.

Seems kind of stupid to me not to have one port that is energized at all times

    Thanks
