Noobie, Recommendations on a 3" lift?

    I have a 2005 double cab.. 2wd prerunner. It has 64k, would it be stupid to get a 3" lift done? I dont offroad much but i'll deffinetely pick up once I get this lift done. What tires and wheels do you guys recommend? I love the look of lifts on taco's, my prefrence is the higher the sexier :D what does everyone recommend? sorry if there are threads on this already, just am new.

    Wheels? Tires?

    3" OME lift 885s & Dakars riding on 33" KM2s
    It's never to late of early to lift.
    Lots of choices out there.
    Avoid spacers up front & blocks in the rear.
    A good lift is going to cost, but it will be worth it.

    I say a 6" drop lift bracket and some spacer lift!

    alot of metal, small engine, decent travel.
    caged, camburg long travel, 50t leafpack (soon to be installed) light rack over cab, 5pt harnesses etc

    the new guys may take you seriously..

    but OP search " 3 inch lift " or " bilstein 5100 " in the search function on this site. its the most common lift.
