    My eyes are dying. I am obsessing over which HID Retro Kit to buy. A lot of what I read is not too kind for the D2S kit. Everything is positive about the FX-R kit. The FX-R kit requires cutting the stock reflector bowl. The D2S kit is a screw in kit, but problems can happen. I need to sleep on this decision. Thank goodness we still need 8 or 9 more members to commit to the buy.

    I will be installing stock ballast and bulbs with any kit I purchase.

    Steven, Thanks for taking the time to do this. It is really a shame that we do not do more to help our wounded when they return from action. FWIW it has always been like this. We ask them to do so much but give so little in return.

    Most of us are very excited about this, dont think well get them too much money but i think over 1k will he very acheivable. Also once we do this project we will be able to get more support from the WWP, so future classes could also have benefits for them.


    Oh amd i did the FXRs they work very well and have very clean and smooth output. I would go with 55w tho if i did it agian and might upgrade at some point. Also they are very easy on other drivers, unlike HIDs w/o projectors. And if i can cut and align them, you can too. It will be time consuming tho
