    Got home, mixed up some potsticker dough, kneaded it for like 15 minutes, let it rest, mixed up some awesome pork filling, rolled out 12 individual dumpling skins, lovingly filled them up, crimped them all pretty and set them up to fry...and managed to burn the crap out of them. Still ate them though, pretty good.

    Wow they looked good, too bad they got burnt. I bet that took over an hour to prep.

    It was really good and I did everything from scratch, the lentils since I couldnt find them canned were made fresh. I made a pound of bacon for the potatoes and wrapped the filets with raw bacon, they came out good too. Overall, win!!!

    Jeez, yeah it all looks amazing!! What is the Indian-style lentil& cauliflower biryani? That dish looks really yummy but I've never heard of it?

    I found the recipe in a magazine that I was looking at while waiting for my daughter to get out of school. I had to go shopping so I got the ingredients. Alot of spices obviously with the Indian descent. Garam Masala, Turmeric, and Coriander with herbs like mint and celantro. It was cooking for like 30 minutes but the house smelled so good.

    Tasted very good. It was actually vegaterian and pretty good considering.

    You bake the potato then hollow out each half and essentially make that into mashed potatoes. I added heavy cream, bacon, butter , cheddar cheese and some green onions and put it back into the potato and baked it for 10 more minutes.

    Yeah they taste good too!!! When I was a kid I worked at a restaurant that would sell them as an appetizer. And sell lots!!!!
