I've searched some in the health section and know we have a "Foodies" thread over in the other area, but do we have one of some healthy meals? Maybe a good one to start up. I know some people are looking at good ways to start eating better and some guys have got to be tired of what they are eating already.

There isn't one, but there is this thread and the bodybuilder/personal trainer thread. Sean is the resident diet planner guy and the others including myself chime in.

And sorry I haven't gotten back to your PM, been hella busy the last few days.

    Wednesday: Back
Friday: Shoulders, High rep chest, dips

I do abs every work out day.
I take neurocore pre-work and whey protein post workout.
I try to do a week of negatives once a month with everything except legs.

Im currently 6-01 and 195lbs. I dont know my bodyfat and dont really care what it is, I train for strength. I'm at 325 max on bench right now and I'm shooting for 335 before New Years, but we will see lol. I also love weighted dips and weighed pull ups I feel like I get a lot of strength and power from those along with putting plates on my back for pushups.

I'm sure you all are always looking for a tasty high protein snack/meal. Last night I was just messing around and made some pancakes with cake batter protein in them and topped them with nutella and peanut butter with a slight bit of syrup made with spenda and they were yummy lol and lots of protein!!

I love going home to my parents house, so much food and its legit food. My dad is a pretty good cook as well.

I'm not the best at guessing, but I'm sure we can all put in some input. Have you ever stood on the electric scale or done bodpod or anything? Back in high school when I was lifting for football i got pretty dam strong, and then my lifts slowed down like no other. I was also pushing a lot of weight, but I think its just how the body works. We plateau, try changing it up for a week or so, it might help.

Also if anyone is interested :spy:

ill post pics next week. my weights that i lift hasnt slowed down too much i still add about 5 lbs for upper body stuff every week or 2 and about 15 lbs every week or two for legs

i have an electic scale at home but never done a bod pod, they used to use calipers at school
