    Made some today again but instead of fajitas I used 2 thin ribeyes! No pics sorry! Use your imagination for that. Cut up the thin steak after it was cooked into thin little strips. About the same size like the fajitas.

    started out as a picnic roast
    smoked it for a little over 3 hours last night with applewood
    this is when i put it in the crockpot this morning

    it cooked in sliced up chipotle peppers, honey-pecan stubb's bbq sauce and a little bit of water
    after 11 hours, here is the finished product.......it is the bomb!

    Nice I saw pork roast for 1.25 a lb should have bought one of those but we have no room in our freezer. I have to do some cooking after this weekend we ate out alot..... resting up for the holidays!!!
