haha yeah it was pretty cold up there. I drove up the pine mtn road, that is a pretty rough road. I made it almost all the way up before it got too snowy and my 2wd wouldn't cut it.

About half way up i almost went head on with a PRIUS taking a corner to wide. Kid was like 17 and looked terrified that his prius was bottoming out over every hole, there is no way he made it further than half way lol.

Yeah, price is my concern too. seems rediculously overpriced to me. anyways, i import alot of stuff from china and i got a company that makes light bars to exact specs as the rigid industries products. prices are about 20-30% cheaper. the lumens, bulbs, design looks the same. i will post pictures soon. im definantly going to order some samples, hopefully to sell them in the near future. let me know if you guys are interested in any particular size and light type and i can get youo a quote...if it works i can order it for you with a 7 day lead time.

Rough price so far on a 22" dual row...identical style, housing as the rigid for about $350 with mount, no harness. Working out harness pricing as well.

$350 for a 22" seems "too good to be true" type deal... prob cheap knock off made in china bullshit... what brand do you know?

i'm sure they are bright, but the housing and wiring is prob cheap and you run the risk associated with that

I have not received mine yet...will be ordering sample pieces on Monday. However, from what I can tell...housing, leds, mounts are identical to RI. No harness yet.
Also, just an FYI...all components for RI is made in China as well. They order the parts, assemble them here and slap a made in USA sticker on em. I know this because I've been dealing with Chinese products for over a decade. A lot of "made in USA" products are done like this.
If ya like I can quote you $600.00.....if that makes it more comfortable.
I guarantee RI has a HUGE profit margin in their products just because they're "made in USA".I'm right down the 101 from you...when i get the samples in, swing by and we can check em out.
If they're not what they claim to be, I would find a different supply source...I don't like crappy products either.
