Want to do my own lift

I do not have experience working on vehicles. Am I better off paying a shop to do it or could I do it myself. If so what tools would I need.

Bilstein front and rear with aal in back. Is it best to just keep the fronts at .85 and use the new eibach springs to produce the lift.

Want 265x75x17 just not sure what brand.

Father in law has a shop as builds hot rods so if I am nice he might let me use it.

 

do it yourself. i also installed the same parts you have mentioned and had never done anything like that before. i mean i have worked on cars and whatnot but not suspension parts. very easy if you have the right tools and patience. i do highly recommend having a shop assemble your shocks and coils though because when i tried the spring compressor got stuck in the coil after it was compressed. and i kept mine at .85 because i wanted an even look. i don't think the coil actually provides lift but i may be wrong.

alright then lol they will provide lift. come to think of it it actually makes sense but i didn't think that through very well
