Will the Gray Wire Mod work on an '08?

    I may be purchasing an '08 Access Cab TRD and was wondering if the gray wire mod will work so that I can use the locker any time?

    Or

    Is there a new/different mod to allow use of the rear diff lock without being in 4 LO?
