    thats kool man, do you but you must not value your time very much. you should though just do a straight axle up front if your going to do this.

    not trying to be negative, just putting stuff out there. On another site that I goto a guy got a 2wd Jeep he thinks that he is going to save money by switching it over. He has already went over what it would have cost to get the 4wd to start with.

    that all good man, just remember this. When you do this conversion you will never be able to sell this truck. If you wreck it your going to be assed out by the insurance company. Also, when doing any type of "upgrade" conversion you should always look for the best parts, not "junk yard" stuff. I think that your going to be working/reworking a lot. Take this how you want it man, a lot of people here don't value what I say.

    If he got the rock toys front axle, just the axle is like 10k. Though I'm sure their are other axles he could use instead.

    just looked fer a 2nd gen sas wif leaf sprangs up front I found before....search fail :cool: seemed like a lot less fab work and cheaper than linked. Still kickin ass :D
