    G'day all,

Just went through need; get the music off my ITouch to my computer.

I have a 3g ver 4.2.1 software Itouch. IMHO ITunes may be "the" best thing but for me, who wants to put music on and take it off, not delete, ITunes sucks for lack of a better word. It should be easy enough, however, Apple is not the "every day guys friend" in this case and ITunes will not cooperate.

So went through much research and lots of different schemes. Even tried jailbreaking using greenpoion. Just could not get this to work for me.

The result of my research is this:
Xilisoft iPhone Transfer5.0.1 is the answer. You can simply add and remove all your files to and from your computer. That draw back is you have to have a current copy of ITunes on your computer. Again, while I believe ITunes sucks, have a copy is acceptable. The best part is when you take your music files off your I whatever, the file names are not encoded, the original names are used.
It's exactly what I want to do.

The majority of you guys are internet savvy so you should be able to find this software with little to no effort.

    Hope this help.

Use this. Even my Grandmother was able to use it.
