Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

When I was in high school i used to hit 1050lbs on the inverted leg press, after 100 miles a week on the bike my legs are rock solid, for fun i push stranded motorists out of the roadways

 

yeah thats pretty good. I dont quite have power lifting legs because Ive done a lot of cross counrty running on diablo, and briones and also played volleyball in High school.

haha deer? almost. over summers I run with a cross country group that does weekly runs. 6-8 miles, and these runners all look the part. Im like the top heavy token of the group and my pecs are bigger than some of the girls.

I think I spotted Robert (SCrunner) around 2:30-300pm today on 580. Maroon 4runner with rack and snowboards.

 

i run briones every so often after work

i once saw half a deer in one of the lower fields that was pretty obviously eaten by something large the week prior or so, assume a cat of some sort

Haha yup that was me. Just getting back from my cabin. That's the first time I've been spotted.

 

Shit I just realized that I talked to this guy before. i was gonna sell him my broken headlights for cheap. I got busy and flaked on him, but never heard back from him... hmmmm... haha

Lol I thought it was you. Thats awesome, how was the snow?

 

There wasn't much but it wasn't bad. Most of the runs we're open and it wasn't as icy later I can the day. My cabin had no snow around it but it was nice weather so I couldn't complain.
