Oil change at dealer yesterday. Replaced right rear brake light bulb and cabin air filter today, saving over $70 in dealer labor fees.

Would it work if you used the 2005-2011 knob and bezel piece, too?

Looks like what I have. When you get it aligned, make sure everything is within limits. Had mine aligned and the guy said he could only get it close. Castor was at like 3. Don't take that crap. I took it to a different shop and they had it well within limits in like 20 minutes.

BTDT already...hence the UCA's. Dude told me caster is not adjustable...like there was nothing I could do. He's not wrong but it's going to another shop nonetheless.

Well today I was really bored and had all my stuff ordered and just ready to put in. So I knocked it out all today. Was a nice mod day for me. :D

Diff breather mod thanks to Neubs and David K. Put it in the cubby in the rear instead of by gas filler.

That was what I was told after I installed the COs but that was with stock UCAs so when I installed the ICON UCAs and got the same speech, I called ICON and they said no way, That the alignment was probably done wrong. I had Les Shwab do it, so I just took the warranty and went to a different shop.

Caster Camber and Toe are all adjustable.

There are limits as to how much you can adjust however and you exceed the adjustable limits, to get into spec, when you lift it, usually.

A good alignment guy should be able to balance caster and camber which are adjusted via the same cams.

When you add UCAs you add more (fixed except LR UCAs) caster/camber to the mix so you can get back into factory spec with the stock adjustability.

After the oil change and grease job yesterday, I was feeling adventurous. Even though the high today was about 30*, I rotated my tires before breakfast.

I've had SS lugnuts for about 3 months now. I wanted to get rid of the plastic covered lugnuts that get stuck in the socket. Got everything ready to go and striped the first new nut, too frikken' loose, now I gotta use the old ones again...I get frustrated dicking around with lugnut removal:mad:

    Anyhow, got that done.

    DONE!

Next...last year around Christmas I tore off the wiring plug for trailering. I figured it was about time to replace/relocate that to the bumper next to the license plate. Didn't really want to drill my bumper, but it came out alright!!!:yay:

No pics, but I also installed a subwoofer in my daughter's Cobalt!

    Got alot done this weekend!

I just unbolted the receptacle bracket from the welded on piece. I do plan on a new rear bumper, but it is out of my price range right now.

    Thanks for the kudos:thumbsup:
