2011-12 NCAA Basketball Thread

well kentucky is awesome for sure, but their bench is a bunch of seniors who never play, and their starters are all still in diapers. Thats the program Calipari has set up. he gets them in, plays them to death, sends them to the NBA and starts the next year with a new batch. that's why they don't have as consistent of a season(s) as Duke has. those guys will win a national championship as juniors and still come back for senior year. just crazy.

 

That is a good point. Like you said their starting 5 is all Freshman (maybe one Sophomore) and they dominate the court. Duke on the other hand has variety and the ability to play 10+ guys if the needs arises.

 

this thread kind of died, mainly because i forgot i made it for most of the season . . . . and most TW'ers it seems hate basketball
