    Jeez today was fun.

Changed out my 99 cig plastic for that of an 04, so instead of large ashtray, its meant to house a smaller one, but has the cutouts for two rocker switches. shweeet.

changed dome light bulb to the correct bulb.

and found my stereo can be loud. if you jiggle the wires. the entire wire assembly is electrical taped and ghetto rigged.

oh and i actually got my airbag light BLINKING today as opposed to always on! i jiggled the passenger on/off relay when i removed radio bezel, but i never disconnected the assembly, just took it off the bezel.

Greased the front and rear drive shaft (they were almost empty) Checked the oil in transfer case, transmission, and rear end for the first time since I bought it, all good. Replaced the lower idler pulley that was screeching. Easiest smoothest day of maintenance ever.

Noticed that my RPM light gauges on the red line are very dull compared to the rest of my gauges.. Is there a separate light for the red liners?

Heard my truck being loud over bumps. Looked under to find a broken passenger 5150. Ordered some 5100s for the rear. Been driving careful on just the leafs with aal. Hope to get the 5100s on ASAP.

Saved myself a couple hundred dollars.
Took my truck in to a Toyota service department to figure out what the clunking sound was in my drivers side front wheel area. I had taken the wheel off before and couldn't find anything loose. The service department said it was worn out stabilizer bar links, so I got a price from them to fix it ($354), then went home to find them online. Bought Moog replacement links on Amazon for $30 each, had them at my door in two days and just installed them. Problem solved and the Moogs have zirk grease fittings which is nice. Somewhat simple install besides having to cut the bolts off the oem links since they were 12 years old and didn't want to come off easily. So $64 for the service diagnosis and $62 for new replacement links.
