    The basket of that woofer is not visible in Cinco's pictures. The FLANGE is what he was referring to that looks similar to the JL TW subwoofer.

    No there is plenty space with the seats down and the internal fans help out as well.

    Here is some pictures of me making my amp rack. The only thing I didn't show was that I cut holes in the mdf sheet to run the wires below the rack and then I made a cover for the rack using the same type of mdf board and some grey carpet. Check it out!

    I like it a lot. It helps me fine tune the sound. There are some better ones out the but for the price, this one works well!

    that looks aftermarket and so does your mount, there is a hole at the upper right of the speaker where i believe the original mount used to be at.
