Soon honestly. I took off my swaybar but the passenger side dogbone won't budge.

 

i had that problem to so i just zip tied the shit :/

 

what is the dogbone? i had alot of trouble getting my swaybar out of the spindle

 

did you use long Allen head keys ??

 

yeah i used those, but the bolt was crazy tight, i had to use a breaker bar with a pipe wrench holding it


hey hiatt does you lca angles look simular to this?

im trying to figure out how many inches of preload i have, another guy has 2.5' of preload but yet his measurements are the same as me!

 

yea i tried a short Allen key i twisted the crap out of it.

 

Sorry about the shadows but this is what Ive got going on. Im set at 1.75.

 

The dogbone is the upper joint that connects the swaybar to the spindle.

do you get any of those wierd pops/pulls in the steering wheel yet?

 

Ya sometimes. Is that from the swaybar being gone?

 

i have no idea, but its bothering me, when im turning sharper than average to me it feels like the tie rod is shifting or being pulled in and out of the spindle,i feel it in the steering wheel

 

hmm. I dont feel it that bad. I may just put the swaybar back on.
