-Changed oil to synthetic Mobil1 5w-30 with Mobil filter.
-Changed spark plugs to NGK iridiums.
    -Changed serpentine belt.

And cut my hand wide open after breaking the tranny fill bolt loose. 4 stitches and didn't get to finish my tranny drain & fill, heh.

Made some progress updating the mudflaps to something that won't snap off on ice chunks or rocks. See here, http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...1-official-tacoma-mudflaps-6.html#post5099245 , since I see the issue of worthless OEM mudflaps comes up constantly. Read and heed!

The truck is only about 10 days old, and it was obvious those mud"flaps" had to go real fast.

Also got WeatherTech front door window shields in today.

Waiting on the Colgan 2-piece vinyl front end mask now, Colgan was the only outfit I could find that had a 2012 front end mask listed. LeBra and Covercraft did not show a 2012 edition available. The Toy dealer parts guy also told me that he couldn't find one factory or aftermarket. That dang Clearbra for both bumper and hood is WAY too expensive, IMO. $160 for the Colgan vinyl.

Took some pictures I have been meaning to take, rewired everything that was on an add a fuse or directly to the battery to the aux fuse panel, and added a Relentless sticker.

Got my hands on an old cyclic grip from a Bell 206. I'm going to modify it so that it fits on my gear selector. Nice and ergonomic, not to mention BA. I'll take some pictures when it's done!

If its like the cobra, there is a very small box that get mounted anywhere (hidden) then all the controls are right on the handset itself.

Do an insurance claim. That's all you can do unless you know a body shop guy that's a real good buddy that will fix it.

I put mine under the cup holder-just use some velcro to keep it from sliding around.
