cut a hole in your outside door. They are easy to replace or put a doggie door in and run the hose through there

Mines a box system, sits half in half out of the window, you can get the ones with hosing (that you should insulate for better effect) that you can route outside somewheres.

It has an internal styrofoam mold in the middle seperating the hot & cold sides. I took off the top of it and sealed all the nooks and cranies to up the efficiency as well.

There is a drip pan on the back section, so all the condensation just drips off the end thats hanging out the window.

I am happy with the big yard I have, but it sucks to mow and edge. And it's going to be hell when I have to re-sod the whole back yard this fall.

My back yard is 100' x 60'. Once I get all those stupid moles chased away, I'm going to have to till / level / seed my yard again. I feel your pain

Remind me tonight when I go home I'll check, I bought it a few years ago so I forget the brand :anonymous:.

Works great though for my lil 1 bedroom apartment. Originally I was using a 5000 BTU but it couldn't provide enough cooling. ( keep my apartment a balmy 17 degrees, I love it. :D AND I've got a remote that came with the new 10K BTU one, its got a thermometer for on/off operation or you can set it to run on timer.

Since Saga spends a lot of time in the back yard I don't want to seed it. I haven't done a full measurement of the back yard.
