Tightening up steering?

    It seems to me like the steering in my truck has a lot of play in it. Hit bumps and the wheel seems to jerk around a lot. Driven a lot of vehicles over the past few weeks (some newer, some older) and none seem to be as bad as mine. Someone recommended having my steering rack bushings replaced. Aside from that, anything else I should either look at or look into replacing? My pickup has ~110k on the ODO

    When you turn are you feeling the joints from the tie rod conected to the steering rack making clunk. That's happing with my truck probably should replace those but I got no money

    Let me see if I can find a link for that I remember reading something about this they replaced the bushing on the bottom of the steer column
